Heritage Inn & Suites San Antonio Airport Trademark Wyndham

Great location, appropriately 3 mins from airport and great food options. The building is under new management, so it’s hard to see the hotel sign but once you arrive, it’s really nice. Parking was easy with several options to enter into the hotel. And breakfast was hot and fresh!

Our stay was great! The staff was so friendly and made us feel welcome! The hotel was super clean, breakfast was great and the room was perfect for our staycation! Exceptional customer service from Melinda! We definitely will be making this hotel our go to for our staycations!

Booking the room was easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a great variety of foods to chose from.

Pretty good overall. It was strange such a large hotel only has 1 elevator. I haven't eaten complimentary hotel breakfast in some time, the food was good, they just ran out of food within 30 mins of breakfast starting. That being said they did refill the food at some point, not the hotels fault, people are glutinous. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy. My only suggestions to the hotel is a better television and maybe opening a commercial account for TV instead of live TV. The remote was barely functional and the TV was old. I'd recommend just bringing a laptop and HDMI.

Location needs help. Its unfortunate that the location of this hotel is right after an exit from a highway. Google maps then sent me to the back of the hotel which is the front of another suites hotel. Due to the location you are able to hear cars running on the highway all day and night. Some even racing as people go fast. Was hoping they had soundproofing. Rooms were great only downside was the bathrooms are small and if youre looking for roomy this isnt it. Service was great. Breakfast was delish. Customer service was great and as well check in and check out was efficient and easy.

My experience was very good. After a very long day, missing my flight, and having to walk from the airport to the hotel, the girl at the front desk, Natalia, was very helpful. She assisted me very kindly and was attentive to all my questions. The airport shuttle service is a very nice plus. Excellent stay. ⭐

Natalie that works the front desk is amazing is the first thing I want to say, amazing customer service and just so sweet. Thank you! The room was great, the only thing was the bathroom was a little too small, but it the job. Perfect location, right by the airport and 15 min away from the River Walk and other attractions. We would definitely stay here again when we come back.

One of the highlights of our experience was the complimentary airport transportation. The hotel picked us up from the airport when we arrived and helped us get back to the airport today as well. We’ve never had this kind of seamless and thoughtful service before — it made our trip stress-free. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and breakfast was great each morning. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to San Antonio.
